- Choose your dates: include pickup and return times. Check availability before making plans around a specific vehicle.
- Count everyone: seating is for up to 15 people including the driver. Confirm the number of vehicles your group needs with EcoDrive.
- Plan luggage and equipment: seating capacity does not guarantee space for every bag. Discuss large suitcases, coolers and sports equipment before reserving.
- Estimate your mileage: included mileage is 200 miles/day, 1,050 miles/7 days or 1,800 miles/30 days. Additional mileage is $0.97 per mile; check your full quote.
- Choose pickup or delivery: BTR delivery costs $65 in addition to rental charges, with pickup in the customer parking lot directly across from baggage claim. Confirm arrangements in advance.
- Complete your booking: provide customer details, upload required documents, complete verification, sign the rental agreement and pay. Same-day rentals require approval first.
Base rates start at $225/day, $1,200/week or $2,599/30 days. Taxes, security deposit and selected options are separate. Vehicle and dates are subject to availability.
