Your BTR pickup guide
Reserve your vehicle and dates before arrival. Airport delivery is $65 in addition to the rental rate; pickup is in the customer parking lot directly across from baggage claim. Availability and pickup timing must be confirmed with EcoDrive.
- Before you fly: complete the required documents, verification, rental agreement and payment. Confirm your arrival and return plans with EcoDrive.
- Find your vehicle: your rental will be in the customer parking lot directly across from baggage claim. EcoDrive sends a photo showing the exact numbered or lettered parking space.
- For Tesla rentals: follow the phone-key setup instructions before reaching the vehicle. Contact EcoDrive if you need help.
- Before returning: follow your confirmed return instructions. Call if your arrival or return plans change.
Late arrivals and special arrangements must be coordinated before booking. Rentals, deliveries and returns are contactless unless requested otherwise.
